IM PART 2: Reform and capacity building in permissions and compliance at the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) II
With the support of the EU funding programme Technical Support Instrument (TSI), the project is designed to boost skills, attract new talent, and make the Environment & Resources Authority (ERA) Malta better equipped to tackle environmental challenges.
The project aligns with the sustainability priorities of Rijkswaterstaat by contributing to a high quality living environment and strengthening organisational resilience in response to environmental challenges such as climate change.
Facing environmental challenges
IM PART 2 focuses on supporting ERA in developing into a modern, professional, and resilient authority capable of meeting today’s environmental challenges. The project concentrates on three main themes:
- Becoming a Learning Organisation
- Becoming a Flexible Organisation
- Working with Strategic Alignment
Results for future generations
At its core, the IM PART 2 project aims to support ERA Malta in becoming a learning and adaptive organisation that can deliver stronger results for the environment, society, and future generations.
