FRAMES
FRAMES: Flood Resilient Areas by Multi Layer Safety
The project Flood Resilient Areas by Multi Layer Safety (FRAMES) aims to minimise the impact of rising sea levels and extreme precipitation in areas of the North Sea Region.
Climate change is causing the rise of sea levels. The FRAMES project focuses on increasing the resilience of areas and communities by working with Multi Layer Safety (MLS). The partners partaking in the FRAMES initiative, experiment with MLS-related concepts and build on this experience to produce sustainable strategies and improve the capacity of governments and society to cope with flooding.
