"Xperiment was a genious thing for me. Travelling with the train from Germany to the more or less unknown Xperiment in the Netherlands. The govermental RWS was celebrating the opening of the futurecenter in their main office. I was one of the lucky people who were allowed to take part in that great internship in the LEF-center. 

Looking back after 3 month I am still very happy that I took that challenge. For myself, my personal development, it was the best decision to work in that triple-multi-xperiment. Working with experts from RWS, Experts from different organisations and countries, students from different backgrounds and Internationals from all over the world was a very nice, helpful and inspiring combination. A lot of information I could win during that time I could use afterwards in my study and I could also bring some of that elements to the company I worked for.

The view back always brings a smile in my face, cause taking part at Xperiment doesn't mean working 40 hours a week. Xperiment means working with new methods like teambuilding in social activities during worktime and being more efficient and focused on your work."

''What can I say? The Xperiment got all of us engaged and I consider it one of the inspiring experiences in my life. After the introduction day (I will not get tired of saying how great was the teambuilding experience and the impact it got in the success of our interaction!) I got impressed of seeing how everybody got hands at work and the eagerness to learn from others and to get something useful done. 

I believe there´s something addictive in looking for inspiration, but the truth is all that energy coming from more than 20 participants, the facilitators and the gurus that were there to open our minds was amazingly well channeled towards our target ideas. To put an example: I enjoyed getting up every morning, craving for a day in which our (team) idea would grow a bit more. 

The most valuable learnings for me come of the interaction with my team: our different perspectives and how to discuss them in a constructive way. This has special value for me because my previous studies had a very multidisciplinary approach but I had never enjoyed such an intense interaction while formulating a project with my peers."
